Do What You Love!

As we wrap up February, the month of love, I want to add another dimension to love.

We talked about loving others and loving ourselves.

Next, I want to focus on loving what you do. Whether you do it for income or not. As a hobby or as your vocation. Part-time or full-time.

Spending time everyday doing what you love is important.

Why is this important?

According to Grace Bluerock in an article on HuffPost there are 7 surprising benefits for doing work you love.

Here are my 3 favorite benefits that create abundance in that area…

Vibrant Living Tip

  1. Your health will improve.

Stress is one of the leading causes of health issues. Happiness, doing what you love, reduces stress and boost your immune system.

  1. Your relationships will improve.

People will want to be around you when you are happy and contend. Happiness is contagious.

  1. You will have more energy.

You will be excited about your day. And that excitement will give you energy to be and do more.

I invite you to try this -

  1. Make a list of things you love to do.
  2. List everything without stopping to think.
  3. Look over the list and sort them by what you love most.
  4. Keep this list handy.
  5. Pick one or two to do today or this week.

What is on you to list for this week? Have fun doing what you love!

Vibrant Living Take Away

Especially in these times, it’s important to have good health, good relationships and energy. Do something you love and see how you feel and how your life becomes more abundant.

Until next time...

Dream Bravely.
Act Boldly.
Live Vibrantly!

I love to make cloth dolls. I am an accomplished seamstress, so it’s just a creative thing I do. Each one is different, amusing, and delightful. Some are primitive, some are more sophisticated. Each is a fine creation in my eyes. I have not done this in a long time (busy making masks), but made one last week and enjoyed every minute.
