What You Resist Persists
The Borg say – resistance is futile.
I say – resistance is fatal.
Every time you resist, the less likely you are to do it. The thought habit/paradigm gets stronger. You get weaker.
Non-resistance, on the other hand, is fertile.
It allows you to step out of your comfort zone and into your future zone. So to speak.
Say whaaat? Future Zone?

We resist what we fear. What we fear isn’t really fear. It’s discomfort. Or insecurity. This fear is learned behavior. We did or said something in the past and someone responded and a way we didn’t like. This created a fear factor around that.
The answer – feel the fear and do it anyway. Each time you do this, the resistance gets weaker and you get stronger. It becomes easier and easier.
When you feel resistance, ask yourself – what is this fear about? How can I change this/see this differently to be able to take action? Take the action no matter how uncomfortable you feel. Celebrate your action. Keep taking action until the resistance goes away.
Once you release the resistance, you will move into the future with comfort and confidence.
