What Are You Letting Inside Of You?

All of us carry around a set of thoughts, words we think, about who we are and what we are capable of.

Now it is those thought habits that drive our actions, which ultimately determine our life.

When we bring a greater level of awareness to our thoughts, we have an opportunity to release and replace, or REFRAME, the thoughts that are no longer serving us or that are standing in our way of creating the life we truly long for and desire.

We are the only species on earth that can consciously change our thoughts.

But how do we do that?

Here's one way...

There are 4 steps that need to happen to actually change our thoughts and create new, more life giving, ways of thinking. I call this the “AIRR” formula.

Just like oxygen, the AIRR formula enables you to breath new life into your thoughts and your results.

The first step to REFRAMING your thoughts is Awareness. Bring awareness to your current habitual ways of thinking. Notice the words you say to yourself and to others. Your words are a window to your thoughts.

Notice when you may find yourself thinking negative, limiting thoughts like -

"I'm not good with money".
"I'm an emotional eater."
"I'm better off alone."

Now that you are aware, the second step to REFRAMING your thoughts is to Interrupt. Whenever you find yourself saying these words, use a powerful pattern interrupt.

"Up until now..." OR "I used to...."

The next step to REFRAMING your thoughts is to Release. Release the old, negative way of thinking

And the final step to REFRAMING your thoughts is to Replace. Replace it with a new, more empowering thought.

For example: I used to think I wasn't good with money, BUT NOW I'm masterful at managing my money and I'm getting better everyday.

Or another example: Up until now, I thought of myself as an emotional eater, BUT NOW, when I experience difficult emotions, I give thanks for my ability to feel deeply and I practice self care with restorative yoga poses.

And another example: I used to think I was better off alone, BUT NOW I realize that I have a lot of love to give, and I'm worthy of being deeply loved and am open to calling in the perfect life partner.

Use this formula as often as you need to. Notice what happens as a result.

Changing your thoughts just 1 degree will put you in a whole new place down the road.
