There are 2 types of fear that I want to talk about. Then address how to make a different choice for each.
- Fear that something will happen.
- Fear or avoiding doing something.
They both are “what if…” scenarios.
The best way to overcome fear is action.

For 1: What if this happens? What if that happens? Whatever the fear, ask yourself… Is it happening now? No. Do you want it to happen? No. Visualize what you would love to happen. Take action to make that happen.
For 2: What if I fail? What if it doesn't go the way I planned? Remember, whatever it is that you don’t want to do is usually the thing that you should do. You feel like fear is facing you are every turn. Just do what you don’t want to do.
Facing our fears and taking action anyway, creates confidence. It creates fearless muscles that can be used over and over again in any situation. It may seem scary. Fear doesn't mean you can't do something. It just means you haven't yet. It means you are on your green growing edge of becomong. And especially these days... That's a good thing!
