When something good happens, do you wait for the other shoe to drop?
It’s normal and some may even say natural to feel that way. The oldest part of the brain, that served us well when we lived in caves, was built to do just that. Scan for danger that could lead to impending death. Look for, focus on, any possible impending doom.
The good news is that we can change that. We are the only species on earth that can change our environment.
We do that by changing our thought habits. Our paradigms. Where we place our Focus.
Where is your focus. Is it on living a life you love. How can you shift your focus to live from what you would love.

Everyday this week pay attention to where you are focused. Are you focused on lack. What might go wrong. Or what you would love. Your vision.
If you are focused on lack or doom, consciously shift your focus to your vision.
Ask yourself – If this is who I am (your vision), how would I handle this. Who would I be. What would I do today.
