“Make peace with your past. All of your experiences have brought you to where you are right now.”
It’s easy to dwell on the negative. Even the negative past. Remembering all the times you didn’t… It can be just as easy to dwell on the positive. It’s all in the way you look at it. It does take some noticing and shifting, though. Overcoming the shortcomings of society, school and possibly our upbringing. Seeing our past as our teacher and not our failures to repeat. . We would not be who we are today if anything was different in our past. Take a kind glance back and thank your past for all you are. Including, reading this right now and making the decision to act on what you learn.
The more positive you are, the more positive things will appear.
Vibrant Living Tip – Think of something that happened that you consider negative. Ask – how can I see this differently, positively. Re-write that story so that it is positive. Remember that positive version. Be that version. See what new more positive things appear now. Act on those.
