Vibrant Living Tip – Everyday this week do the candle flame exercise. Start with a small amount of time and work your way up to 5 minutes or more. This is how it works. Sit comfortably and stare at a candle flame. Your mind will wonder. I should have gone to the bathroom first… This is silly… 2 minutes is a long time… With each thought, just notice the thought and then go back to the candle flame. This trains your consciousness to focus. To still your mind. To remove the thought clutter that keeps you from moving forward.
