Thoughts create our reality. Are you going to create from happiness or fear.
I’ve heard it said that FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real. Do you believe that. Fear may seem much bigger, different than that at times. Yet, there are ways to change it. I’m not talking about being held at gunpoint kind of fear. More like everyday insecurities. Paradigm induced fear.
Vibrant Living Tip– Notice your thoughts everyday as often as you can. Do your thoughts create happiness. Or do they cause fear. If they create happiness, keep thinking those thoughts. For fearful thoughts ask, how do I shift this to feel happiness. One good way to do this is to find at least one thing to be grateful for. Find other ways for yourself.
