Fall In Love With Now

Now is really the only moment there is. The past is gone. The future is not here yet. When you focus on the past, you are most likely reliving what went wrong. When you focus on the future, it is easy create worry about what will happen. There is a way to learn from the past and plan for the future. Your real creativity happens in the now. Past and future can distract you from seeing the opportunities in front of you.

Spend some time every morning and ask yourself, what can I do today to move me in the direction of my dream/vision. Listen and see what comes to you. Do what feels right. Trust your instincts. Live in the now and see what new ideas come to you.
