Everything has a rhythm. Everything is moving to and fro, moving in and out and swinging back and forth. We have ups and downs in our life and business.
The trick is to use them to our advantage.
Your Vibrant Living Tip…
Some of you may have obvious rhythms. For example, landscapers, teachers, snow removal. Or you may have times of the year that you have observed what could be called your slow time. You may call it your slow season. Or you may choose to have a slow season. I know someone who takes off November to February every year. Another who takes off for the summer.
For a moment stop and notice. What are the times of up and times of downs for you?
Once you know the rhythms for you, you can decide what to do.
Do not consider up or down good or bad. It’s just a fact. A fact of rhythm.
Do you want to keep the down times? If your answer is yes, that is fine. This is totally your decision.
If the answer is no, I invite you to think about things you can do as an alternate rhythm. What can you start when you find yourself in the downward trend?
Spend some time with this.
For example, a landscaper may decide you do snow removal. Or may decide to landscape in a location that stays warm in the winter. I know a someone who does this.
Once you have the new plan or program or way of creating a new rhythm, create a plan of action. What and how you are going to do it.
Next time you find yourself on the downside. Start the new venture.
This way the rhythms will complement each other. One will be high when the other is low and vice versa. This will help steady things out for you. Steady your income. Steady your nerves. Keep you in that higher vibration all the time.
Your Vibrant Living Take Away…
Rhythms are natural. Instead of fighting them, use them to your advantage.
Create new rhythms to stay as active as you want all the time.
This is a simple concept. It may or may not be simple for you to do.
This is one of the keys to success I help people with.
