This week, in one of my coaching sessions, we discussed a video called “You are the One.”
You see, we were all born knowing we are the one.
When we were young, we knew we were here to make a difference.
Then life got busy and we forgot.
Do you believe you are the one?
Do you act as if you are the one?
Do you treat others as if they are the one?
Do you take action based on being the one? .
These are really important questions to be asking. And really where I can help. Be the one to make a difference. Wake up to who you have come here to be and live vibrantly!

The first step to all change is noticing. Having compassion for yourself and others comes next. Once you wake up or unplug, it is easier to stay awake. It takes more noticing. Living from that place of knowing you are the one. Being who you have come here to be.
See how your perception changes knowing that.
Practice every day this week seeing and doing as the one, i.e. knowing you are here to make a positive difference. Act as the one. Treat others as the one. See how your life shifts.

It’s not easy waking up and seeing and being differently. Stay comfortable in the discomfort until what was once uncomfortable is now comfortable.
You are the one!
