Did you ever laugh so hard you cried?
I think most of us have.
I remember being with my mother after her gallbladder surgery. She was in a really down mood. I made her laugh. She laughed so hard, her incision hurt and she had to take a pain pill. Yet, she was happy. She thanked me for helping her feel better.
What can you do to laugh or cause someone else to laugh?

Tell a joke – watch as others laugh and how their laughter causes you to laugh.
Watch a funny movie – Norm Cousins is famous for laughing himself back to health.
Laughter yoga – find someone who does laughter yoga and participate it.
