This is a great time to be thinking about our habits.
Especially our thought habits.
Are my thoughts weighing me down.
Or are they helping me cope.
Helping me move forward.
Helping me thrive, live vibrantly.
The truth is, we don’t want our habits to get to the point of being too tight and too heavy. We just need to pay attention sooner.
There are 3 steps to create lasting change and break the chains of habit.
Vibrant Living Tip
The first step is to notice. Notice your thoughts. Notice your feelings. If your thoughts are empowering, lean in and ask what can I do to increase this. If they are disempowering, ask what can I do to see this differently.
Which leads to the second step. Notice your longings and your discontent. Your longings are what you want more of. Your discontent less.
The third step is to ask – what would I love? Not what do I think I can do or what does the economy say or my education or this virus or… You want to address your longing and dissolve your discontent.

Now that you have a list of what you would love, ground it by taking action. What can I do that will move me in that direction. Then take that action.
