We are always thinking. We don’t have a choice about that. It’s what we are thinking that matters. Are you truly thinking or just having mental activity. Are you paying attention to your thoughts to see if they are empowering (causing you to feel better, expansive) or are they disempowering (causing you to feel down, sad, frustrated, contractive).
And not just our thoughts. How we handle those thoughts. What next thoughts get created or triggered. When you have happy thoughts, do you think this won’t last long. Or do think more happy thoughts. When you have sad thoughts, do you think not again. Or do you think, what can I learn from this.
What action do you take as a result.
Use your imagination to create positive images and thoughts that support your vision.
Vibrant Living Tip – Every day this week, take a moment 3 times a day and just notice your thoughts. How do they make you feel. If your thoughts are contractive, find at least 1 thing to feel grateful for. Really feel grateful. Notice how your thoughts change. And then do something fun.
