Here are some ways to move into the present moment and experience peace -
- Meditate. There any many types of meditation. Find ways to clear your mind. Peace will follow.
- Mindful exercise. Here are some ways to mediate while you exercise. Yoga. Tai chi. Qigong. All of these you can learn to do at home.
- Play with a child. Children are fun and creative in the moment. Let them show you how.
- Have fun with an animal. Dogs and cats each have their own way of keeping you focused on them and not yourself.
