How often do you pay attention, really pay attention, to what you are thinking and how you are feeling. Some people find it easier to notice their feelings. Others their thoughts. In either case, thoughts and feeling go together. You can’t feel great while you are feeling there is something missing in your life. Waiting for the other shoe to drop.
As you read this, I will be in Iceland. Iceland is on my bucket list. I wanted to see the northern lights. When this trip became available, I could have come up with all kinds of excuses not to go. I don’t have the time. I don’t have the money. I had to consciously change how I felt every time a doubt came to me. “It’s on my bucket list. I’m going!” I shifted my thoughts and feeling to be in alignment with that. I rescheduled things I was supposed to do. And now I’m here. And what an amazing trip!
Vibrant Living Tip – Ask yourself every day or multiple times a day… How am I feeling. Is it in alignment with my dream. If the answer is no, ask how can I change my feelings to be in alignment with my dreams. Shift your feelings. Shift your thoughts. See how your life changes.
