What does it mean to feel fear. I read a great book many years ago called: “Feel the Fear And Do It Anyway.” If fear scares you, you want to re-frame it. If we are going to be successful, we will always be doing it with a certain amount of fear. Fear is simply feedback letting us know we are at the edge of the life we’ve known. Fear doesn’t mean we can’t, it simply means we haven’t.
Our level of success is directly proportional to our ability to tolerate discomfort… our ability to befriend fear. Are you willing to be uncomfortable in the interest of growth?
