Do You Have Change for a Paradigm?

When we think the same thought over and over, it becomes a thought habit. A paradigm. If you think it enough, it actually gets hard wired in your brain. That is why it is so hard to change our paradigms.

There are 2 ways to change a paradigm. 1 is a strong physical or emotional impact. The other is proactively.

Vibrant Living Tip – At least once everyday, stop and pay attention to your thoughts. Are they empowering. Do they make you feel better. Move you toward your vision. If so, lean in and ask what else can I do. Then do it. If they are disempowering. Make you feel worse. Keep you in old patterns. Stuck in current circumstance. Thinking the same negative thought, over and over and over… Hit the Pause button. Say – Up until now, this may have been true. Repeat part of your vision with I am the man/woman who… Then take action toward your dream. Action is like the ground wire is to electricity.
