Believing is Seeing

These are 2 ways of saying very similar things. What you focus on multiples. Are you paying attention, really paying attention to the words you use, the things you think and the way you feel about what is happening in your life.

Is your cup half full or half empty. Seeing the good and believing in the good doesn’t change circumstances. It changes our vibration. It changes what we see. It allows us to see more of… whatever we are focusing on. It allows you to attract.

It’s not always easy to think riches in the appearance of poverty. Or to think health in the appearance of disease. It is a power worth acquiring.

Vibrant Living Tip – Stop and notice your thoughts at least 3 times everyday this week. We want to work our way up to always noticing what we are thinking (noticing). 3 times a day is a good start. If your thoughts are negative, find a way to believe it differently. If you have trouble at first, keep doing it. How does what you see change.
