Accountability Helps Create Success

As we end October, we are also finishing off “The 4 Disciplines of Execution” by Chris McChesney, Sean Covey, and Jim Huling. The fourth discipline is to create a cadence of accountability.

A frequently recurring cycle of accounting for past performance and planning to move the score forward.

To recap, we’ve creates a WIG or 2. We defined lead measures and lag measures and schedule and taken action. We created a compelling scoreboard. Accountability is the next step.

Being accountable helps you take the action you have committed to.

You also create a mastermind opportunity to help each other be more successful.
