Abundance is everywhere.
We see it easily when we look at nature.
There is an abundance of water in the ocean.
There is an abundance of sunshine. Even on a cloudy day, the sun is still there above the clouds spreading sunshine.
There is an abundance of snow in the winter, for some of us.
Sometimes we have a hard time seeing it in our own lives.
Or maybe we see an abundance of lack. What’s missing. What we don’t want.
Seeing lack can keep us from seeing the good…
Vibrant Living Tip
Here are 3 things to help you tune into the abundance of good.
- Reduce Fear – Fear is a learned habit based on our upbringing. We can learn to feel the fear and do it anyway. As we do that, the fear goes away.
- Show Compassion – Compassion is crucial. Compassion for others. Know that everyone is doing the best they can at any given moment. Compassion for ourselves is equally, if not more important.
- Practice Forgiveness – Forgiveness is not about the other person. We forgive for ourselves.
These three things go hand in hand. And, when practiced, create new levels of abundance.
