What Fall Teaches Entrepreneurs About Growth, Letting Go, and Renewal

When I was younger, fall was about going back to school. When I had a sailboat, it was about the end of a season. A sad time for me knowing it would be a while before I was out on the water again. After I bought a house, it was about preparing the house, yard, and pool for the winter.

This week I am talking about fall from an entrepreneur’s view…

The fall season isn’t just about pumpkin spice and cozy sweaters.

For conscious entrepreneurs and small business owners, fall holds a deeper message — one that can radically shift how we approach our work, our goals, and our alignment.

Nature is always speaking, and if we pay attention, it’s teaching us exactly how to run our businesses with more ease, impact, and flow.

The Harvest: Reaping What You’ve Planted

Fall is the season of harvest. Farmers gather the fruits of their labor, and so do we.

Look at your year so far — what seeds did you plant in spring and nurture through summer?
